Admin dashboard overview
The admin dashboard is where you manage everything except the physical player installation.
Common sections

| Dashboard | High-level stats (e.g. media counts by type), quick orientation |
| Media / Media hub | Upload files, create special items (clock, weather, websites, YouTube, RSS), manage storage |
| Playlists | Build ordered lists of slides with duration; open a playlist to reorder or edit slides |
| Screens | Create screens, set layout and zones, attach playlists, publish, schedule, display hours, delete |
| Audit log | Record of publish and related actions (who / what / when) |
| Pricing / Account | Plans, subscription (e.g. Stripe checkout), screen limits, account deletion where offered |
Exact labels may vary by version; use your navigation menu as the source of truth.
Authentication
You sign in with the credentials provided by your organisation or signup flow. Some deployments support team / owner distinctions—if you use a secondary user profile, API calls may run under an owner account tied to your login.
Free tools (marketing site)
The public Signagio website offers free tools (calculators, QR codes, menu boards, aspect ratio, playlist duration, and more). They help you prepare assets; they are separate from the logged-in admin product.
