Subscription & account

Plans and trials

Signagio is typically sold on a subscription basis. Your plan may limit:

  • Number of screens you can create
  • Ability to publish or schedule without upgrading

The Pricing page on this site (and Pricing in the admin app, where available) shows current tiers and checkout (often via Stripe).

Screen limits

When you reach the screen limit for your plan, Add screen may be disabled until you upgrade. Bulk operations still respect the same account limits.

Billing (Stripe)

Many deployments use Stripe for checkout and customer portal:

  • Subscribe or change plan from Pricing / billing links
  • Manage payment method and invoices through Stripe’s customer portal where integrated

Exact URLs and flows depend on your Signagio deployment.

Account deletion

Where the product offers delete account, the operation is usually irreversible: screens, playlists, media, schedule groups, audit data, and related cloud content may be removed per backend policy. Read any on-screen warning before confirming.
